Overview

The zoning code, or unified development code, include zoning, subdivision regulations, urban design, signage, landscaping and basic architectural standards. View the Unified Development Code.

As of October 22, 2018, Chapter 19.09 Form-Based Code is in effect within downtown for all properties mapped on the Zoning Atlas with a Form-Based Zoning District or Transect Zone.

Prior to March 16, 2011, the Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Code were in effect. Call 702-229-6301 to see if this applies to you.
